Robert K. Bishop
Strategic Construction & Development Partner
Robert brings deep, on-the-ground experience in owner-side oversight, construction risk diagnostics, and development planning. His role at RAW Developments is to keep projects honest — from feasibility through completion.
He has spent his career inside construction and development execution: scoping work, vetting builders, pressure-testing schedules, reviewing budgets, and intervening on projects that have lost their way. When RAW Developments takes on an advisory engagement, Robert is the operator on the owner's side of the table.
Construction judgment. Owner-side discipline. Real execution support.
